FEMINISIM AT ITS FINEST:
Why We Started STEM Like A Girl

For generations, discrimination against women has always been an unending issue. During the olden days, women were oppressed and marginalized by the society, wherein even their basic human rights — such as their right to vote, work, and even study, — were taken away from them. And up to this contemporary day, women still have been facing conventional stereotypes and discrimination from patriarchs and even from their fellow women themselves. With these, an organization was started. Not just an ordinary organization, but an organization with a purpose and advocacy — which seeks to help empower young girls with their studies, — most especially the students in STEM.

WHY EDUCATION?

Why education and young girls, you may ask? Well, the organization is centered around helping young girls because we believe that the children are the future of our society. And we also believe that education is something that can never be taken away from you. As what Michelle Obama said, "There is no limit to what we can accomplish," because when one is educated, they possess the knowledge and intellect which can be used to attain success, and fight back from oppressors through wit and critical thinking.

Women have been mistreated by the society across generations. But together, we are stronger! We shall celebrate womanhood and give women their rights and freedom that they truly deserve for.
